Lychee Festival and Agricultural Trade Fair was held on June 5, 2026 AD at Iswardi in Pabna district with colorful arrangements.
Hon’ble Minister of Industry and Commerce of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mr. Khandaker Abdul Muktadir, was present as the chief guest on the occasion.

Besides, Farzana Sharmin Putul, Honorable Member of National Parliament and Minister of State, Ministry of Social Welfare was present as a special guest. He spoke about various initiatives of the government in agriculture, rural economy and women empowerment.

High quality litchi and other agricultural products produced by local farmers were displayed on the occasion. A vibrant atmosphere is created around the festival with the spontaneous participation of farmers, entrepreneurs and common people.

After the event, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce visited Bisik Industrial City, Pabna and participated in an exchange meeting with the stakeholders. During this time, discussions were held on various issues of industrialization, investment expansion and employment growth.

In the event, the Divisional Commissioner, senior officials of the district administration,Representatives of various government departments including senior officials of Pabna District Police were present.
